The Kenya Wildlife Service(KWS) is expected to roll out an electronic (e-ticket payment system to improve services at the park.
The ticketing system is to help in ensuring a seamless experience by visitors and public at large.
The Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife Najib Balala revealed this yesterday during a Brief ceremony to mark the world giraffe day.
“The Kenya Wildlife Service is working on a seamless ticketing technique, where visitors will buy their tickets online, to save time during entry into Nairobi National Park” he said.
He added that the Nairobi national park has become attractive to Kenyans and the pandemic has seen a surge in visitor numbers to the park and thus prompting the wildlife agency to invest and improve visitor experience.
